We have an internal courtyard (approx. size 3x2m) between two bedrooms that is partially enclosed with an existing roof. Both bedrooms access the courtyard with full height bifold doors. We want to enclose the roof completely and convert the courtyard space into a walk-in wardrobe for the master bedroom, and desk space and shelving for the second bedroom. The attached photo is taken from the second bedroom looking toward the courtyard, with master bedroom on the other side. We have plans and Building Consent. The project could commence ASAP.
