I need a sleepout built. I only want an exterior shell ie. roof, walls, shadowclad exterior, floor (ply) and a door and windows installed. I have the windows and door already - they just need framing in and I want the sleepout built on an already existing deck the measurements are 4m by 2.4m with a sloping roof (coloursteel) There is no plumbing or electrical and I plan to do all interior insulation/lining myself. I need the job done by December 10th I want a estimate for labour and a rough idea of material cost (excluding door and windows)
