Bathroom wall repair

An internal shower fitting had a slow leak which has now been repaired, however there is visible damage to a skirting board and potential internal damage within the wall behind the shower. We need someone to check the extent of the damage (preferably without having to rip the whole panel out) and carry out any necessary repairs + replace the damaged skirting
