Remove, strip, paint and re-hang 10 double-hung windows

We are restoring a 100+ year old villa and we have 10 double-hung windows that need to be repainted. The windows have already had the sash cord replaced, but all the windows will need to be removed, stripped, painted and re-hung, including replacing both the parting bead and the staff scriber. (I also have another 'internal paint and plaster' job listed. If one person could do the lot that would be awesome.)
