Builder, Leak repairs

We need a builder to assess a leak, find it and repair it. We have had damage in one room and suspect the leak is coming from the outside wall and possible brick area. See photos. We want someone to come and take a look and advise on repairs plus a quote to do the repairs. Can you let us know if you are available, and what you charge for the initial inspection and quote.

Simon was incredibly professional and helpful. He provided a report, quote and we accepted the job to put in a stormwater pipe and room repairs as a result of a heavy rainfall flood. Clearly skilled in his trade and he managed other repairs using other tradespeople to complete the job. It was seamless and painless for us. Highly recommend.
