Repair and stain the plywood cladding

The cladding system of our home is shadow clad ply. It has not been maintained and some of it needs to be replaced and all of it needs to be stained or painted. The house is on a steep section so scaffolding will be required to access some of it. We'd like someone who can help us decide the best approach to restoring the cladding.

The issue was needing a special order for the plywood necessary to make the repairs. I have no issue with the delay to get this last part of the job, finished. Great value given that the quote was less than half the other I received yet the work was done to a very acceptable quality. I've put before and after photos.
