Leak from ceiling coming thru lighting
Job description
We have had the light fixture removed and found it full of water. It looks like you will need to enter from the outside of the building to find out what’s going on. We suspect it is something to do with the ducting near it. We cannot reach that part of the roof internally and it doesn’t look like there’s any major holes in our roof or anything. But we have had birds nesting in our ducting and one of the other light fixtures we found bits of ceiling padding and insolation.
