Replace Fire Escape Door

Our fire escape door is old and water damaged and really needs to be replaced. Essentially the old one doesn't open and close properly anymore, and we need a whole new door. Time frame: the door does still work (for now) but as it is a safety concern we are looking to replace it as soon as possible. We're looking to pay someone to deal with labour, materials and waste disposal.
