maintenance jobs... Replace 2x gable facias 1 about 2m length, the other about 4-5m with difficult access- high so either from roof or high ladder-maybe 5 mtrs of ground and with a telstra cable to work around. Both facias are cut in to fit roof tiles. Replace timber window sill (rest of frame seems sound) Skim 2 interior doors Move 1 door striker? replace 2 sets of window hinges (4 hinges) on timber frame install 4 window security stays on aluminium frames (2 windows) Hope to get work started in the next 3 weeks.
