Bathroom floor replacement and new shower install

Hi. I think the bathroom floor needs replacing. And I'm pretty sure a new shower should be installed at the same time. The tenants happen to be moving out on April 24th. It would be amazing if someone could fix up this bathroom issue soon after that date while there are no tenants there. Please get in touch and we can meet there to take a look. Photo attached.
