Help! We need some repairs so we can sell our house ASAP

Hi. At our townhouse in Khandallah we have a few things that need doing as soon as possible. We are the centre of three identical joined townhouses. 1. Deck needs to be resurfaced - the original home owner put decking timber down that was too thin. We need to replace this as some of the panels are broken now and unsafe. The deck is about 3M x 5M. 2. Ceiling - we have a vaulted ceiling with bare beams in our living area. There was a leak in the flashing of the roof where it joins to the next house. The ceiling panel adjacent to the wall has come away and needs to be replaced/painted. 3. Kitchen - same thing as the living room ceiling, one of the kitchen ceiling panels is also coming away and needs replacement/painting. Can you help us this side of Christmas or early new year? Thanks
