Foundations and floor work

Help! All the terrible rain has oozed through the downstairs back wall of my house and has come up through the floor on one side. I think the floorboards need lifting, some foundations dug out and drainage put in. It’s two rooms in opposite corners of the downstairs, one of which also needs fully refining because damn I found some horrors.
