Leak repair and framing replacement

There is a leak in our garage wall where the gas infinity heater has been attached. As a result the framing under the heater has rotted. The framing will need to be replaced and waterproofing where the pipes from the heater go through the wall. (apologies for the dark photo - it was dark and raining and last minute)
