Reline Ceiling and Plaster

I need a quote for my small unit's pinex ceiling to be re-lined (new battens and GIB) so a new Type 5 fire system can be installed with the wires concealed, then plastered. The area consists of a hallway, two bedrooms and kitchen and lounge. The full size of my unit is roughly 60sqm. Currently the ceiling is pinex tiles that could be covered by the battens, rather than removed. The lined with Gib once the alarm has been wired in. Photo attached shows the unit below mine, with the pinex tiles removed and new battens installed.
