repaire butynol deck & Drainage

The butynol deck is damaged by the door from the lounge, this needs the decking under the butynol replaced. it need lifting all the butynol off and painting the deck. Some repairs to the butyol noted where the damaged part is, not sure if its leaked into the room below as some leaks take a while to show. also water sitting on the deck at the other end need piple install
