Replace rotten window sills and surrounding wood

I have two wooden window frames and over time the windowsills have rotted and water got in and rotted some of the wood under them. Need to get the window sills replaced and replace out any surrounding wood that rotted as a cause. Keen to get this done asap. The floor in the photos will be fixed and there when you do the job. The piece closest to the wall will be screwed in so you are able to easily remove it to do your work.
