Rusty corner soakers

I would like a quote for replacing a number of some rusty corner soakers in a single-level house. I have attached photos of the worst cases. The first photo shows an area where all of the corner soakers have rusted. In the second photo, the corner soakers at the top are badly rusted and may have to be replaced. There are other corner soakers that have a little bit of rust. A tradesperson would need to have a look and provide some advice on whether they should be replaced.
