Builder for new self contained unit

The ground floor presently is a single garage and a workshop. Converting this to a one bedroom unit with all the amenities. There will be a bathroom, a kitchen, lounge and a bedroom. Work is expected to commence late April early May. Looking for a builder with LBP and builder's risk insurance cover. Attached photo requires minor tweaking by the Architect. Will be available this Friday (6th) to go through the work to be done if you are interested please.
