Building work for council compliance

A renovation/extension was completed 10 years ago that has not received council compliance. Compliance needs to be completed now in order to sell the home. There is a detailed list from the council outlining the compliance work to be completed. I will be able to meet with you to go over the work any time between 20-25 February, otherwise all work completed will be managed autonomously by you and I will return with the council after it has been completed. Please provide an estimate of your timeframe for being able to complete the work (i.e. 1 month, 1 year), and an estimate of the cost (note: estimate is ok, quote not expected at this stage). The list of building compliance items needed are attached as a photo. The extension / back courtyard where most of the work is to be completed is also attached as a photo. More images of the home can be found here: --- - --- .htm?rsqid= --- e-002 There is also additional work that needs to be completed on the second dwelling at the property, including repairing ceiling holes and chipboard flooring holes, and ensuring the dwelling is watertight. A draftsman, plumber (+gas) and electrician are also required for final compliance. Please advise if you also have the ability to complete any of these trades. Thanks in advance, Luke.
