Add support to hang a dryer, and add venting #2

There is a shelving area above the washing machine in my house that is preventing my dryer being hung. I don't mind if the shelving space is removed to hang the dryer. At the same time, I'd like to add external venting through the top of the cupboard pictured (about a 1.1m distance from the dryer vent to the outside wall pictured). I already have the hooks to hang the dryer, but I don't have a vent kit yet.
