Builder required to prep flat roof areas for new roofing

We are having a new roof put on our property. There are three flat areas which will have new butynol put down. We need a builder to prep these three areas. Job includes removing old butynol/tin and old plywood and lay down new plywood. The three areas are 1. above a sun room, 2. above a bay window and 3. above a porch. Person must have a head for heights. There is scaffolding up and the building is two to three levels high. Maybe some other remedial work available too in an ongoing basis.
