Fix rotten bathroom wall framing

Repair a rotting bathroom wall. It is timber with a rotten base plate and lower sections of stud caused due to a leaking sewer joint at the toilet. However, there may be a requirement to weather tight a window above. The exterior wall is mono clad Hardy-tech with cracks above the window. Hoping for someone that can start this work immediately if possible but can negotiate start time if needed.
