New hot water cylinder cupboard door installation

I just had a new hot water cylinder installed which required the removal of a smaller door to get the old cylinder out. Now I need install a new standard door (e.g. 1980 x 510 x 35) and patch up the rest. I would also like to know if it is possible, and how much extra it would cost to also include a smaller door/cupboard above the main cupboard area to make use of the excess space/warmth above the cylinder. See the crude attempt at illustrating what I'd like it to hopefully look like in the photos. The current width is approx 600 wide and --- high. I have the old door handle still) that matches the other in the unit. Happy to meet onsite if it helps.
