Retaining wall and deck build

I am wanting to build a timber retaining wall and a new deck with stacker doors. I have a building permit and plans for the work. The wall is 1.5M high and has been engineered - poles and timber. The deck is approx 10M2. Access is narrow down the side of the house and titesite have indicated that they can get machinery down to drill the post holes and move the earth as required.
