We have a back bedroom which is an extension on the original build of our 1950s house. Not sure how old it is, perhaps 10/20 years. In one corner of the room there seems to be water ingress coming up to the carpet, which has appeared a couple of times recently during heavy rain during heavy rain. I need someone to review/repair the damage, but I'd also appreciate a review of the entire extension to see if it's still fit for purpose or could do with some work to improve it's weather proofing.
