Box corners/soakers and weatherboard replacement

Our house will be painted in October and at that time we will need box corners or corner soakers put onto the house and garage. May also need windows checked ahead of painting and any maintenance work done on them. We also have at least one rotten board that will need replacing but will have to be done then when scaffolding is in place.
