We have a number of piles under our house that need to have the connections to the house replaced or improved. The job involves connecting concrete piles to timber framing. Floor area is approx 130sqm, with good access to about 3/4 - the final 1/4 has really bad access. All the junk will be cleared out from under the house before you start.
