replace existing bath, shower over bath, toilet and vanity in same positions. reline and plaster walls including skirting (bathroom is approx 2.5m x 2m), hardiglaze around bath/shower. build low dividing wall between bath and toilet install heatred towel rail, mirror with demister, replace light fitting Also have another job replacing floorboards and lino in another room about 2m x 4m plus lino only through another 3m x 3m.
