Rennovation on Saint Michaels

We have a house about 100 years old in Kelburn, Wellington and just done a lot of structural stuff like removing the chimney and putting in a new ring foundation. Now we need to finish the job by reattaching the house to the new foundations, reinstating a room where the floor was taken out and installing a door to an outside decking area. All work done so far has been done well with a professional engineer and builder, who unfortunately is short on time due to other clients in the waiting list. I estimate the job to take about 5 to 6 weeks. I am very good at paying my bills and at providing a pleasant work environment. I can also provide references from my electrician and plumber who I have been working with for years. We would really value to find someone that can do the job soon and to a high standard.
