Mouldy Smell/Damp

Hi, we have a room under the house which has a mouldy smell and a feeling of dampness. We also notice a lot of slaters getting into the room. We have had this treated by a pest company but that only kills them - it doesn't stop them coming in. We need someone to have a look, tell us what the problem is and quote to fix it. (Note: pricing indication is for the initial inspection not the repair job value)
