Ensuite and laundry room extension

I would like a small extension built to hold an ensuite toilet and a laundry room. The job will include removing an existing unconsented lean to. The existing wall cladding is cement paneling and is presumed to have asbestos because of its age, so this will need to be removed and reclad with appropriate precautions. There are known drainage problems under the lean to because of silting (the current slope drains storm water underneath it and it gets silted up.)
