Replacing window flashing and repair work 2

There are up to three jobs involved: 1) Replacing the flashings above the windows on the South facing side of the house. 2) Replacing or re-plastering a piece of dry wall in the kitchen where some shelves came loose and left a few big holes in it. 3) Replacing a cement board wall that acts as a wind break by the front door that came down in a storm. After quotes for any or all of the jobs. Pretty flexible with times, though the sooner the better. The flashing will likely require scaffolding, or something similar, and access to the house isn't great (up a big path) - Happy to help carry everything up to the house.
