Wall behind toilet built and a boxed in area under vanity

I need a 60mm deep x 1000mm high wall built behind where the toilet goes so a new toilet can be installed. The current s bend is too far forward for the new toilet to be installed. Also a small boxed-in area needs to be built to hide the plumbing under the wall hung vanity. ASAP so that the plumber can come back and install the toilet and vanity.
