I have been experiencing some cracks in the gib and the some of the nails in the ceiling gib are popping. That combined with my dehumidifier filling up daily (which is very unusual for my home) has me worried that something may be awry in the roof so I would like an inspection carried out to find the root cause. The house is approx 110sq metres, single level.
