The final outcome was according to plan. Level of workmanship was excellent. I would definitely rehire. I understand that tradespeople are very busy and have multiple jobs, that seems to be the norm. It is better if the service provider keeps in very regular contact with the owner and informs regularly/daily. Having said that, the team was always respectful, pleasant and were flexible in changes that were made during the process.
