On behalf of my son who livesin Strathmore Wellington.With a recent house purchase he found that one side of the wooden framed AHI roller door came away from the concrete wall and needs Dyna bolting?.Possibly also needs its locking mechanism looked at.As the garage is on Council reserve there is no power on.The garage can be inspected at any time to evaluate the condition/cost.
