Joist repairs and added ventilation to subfloor
Job description
We need additional ventilation added to our subfloor space and also some minor repairs to joists and bearers as listed: A bearer under the subfloor entrance door needs better fixing (100mm bugle screws) A joist needs to be side laminated and a double joist hanger installed. Another joist needs to be side laminated with another joist sitting on bearers at each end. Another joist needs a joist hanger to be installed.
