Living area extension

Project Description: Existing single story 3 bedroom dwelling with an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining at the rear. Demolish the existing lean-to extension at the rear and extend the dwelling out from the back of the existing lounge to create a larger open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. New bi-folding or stacking slider doors to the south wall, opening our onto a new timber frame deck. Timber weatherboard cladding to match the existing, all new joinery to be white double glazed aluminium with timber facing. A resource consent is required. In addition - possible aesthetic renovations to an existing bathroom - e.g new flooring and basin. Also currently scoping the addition of a small second bathroom. Concept design available.
