Partition Wall
Job description
Replace partially constructed 2m wall after "builder" did a sub standard job. Height is 3m high, but stands above a stair well so could be up to 4.5m high in places. Two doorways have been removed and lintel placed although there is no load. Basically a redo of the wall to acceptable standards and lengthen it to the edge of the handrail. Previous "builder" said that it did not need a consent but I believe it does. Have completed most of consent paperwork but waiting for a trained eye to confirm and quote. Maybe a 4x2m replacement of a garage steel roof also. Thank you.

Very happy with the job completed by Big Bear Construction Ltd. The wall was completed in a very timely manner and even came in under the very reasonably quoted value. The builder, William, even left his personal scaffolding to allow the plasterer to complete his job. I would recommend Big Bear Construction to anyone want a professional job completed.
