Cantilever porch roof repair 2
Job description
We require a qualified builder to carry out repair work on a cantilever porch awning flat roof. The work involves replacing the butynol roof and replacing the rotten cladding and support rod, photos are included in this posting. Power and phone/cables also enter the house through this roof. It would be great to have someone who could engage and manage any sub contractors needed for the work as needed. We need this work done by mid February 2018 as we have the exterior of the house booked to be painted starting 14th February though there could probably be a weeks overlap if needed. We are looking for the most cost effective solutions eg. we would not worry about replacing the linear panelling underneath and would be happy to go with hardieflex or similar.

Simply Building did a great job, and were easy to deal with. I’ve marked them down a bit on cost as although I was happy with the final invoiced cost, it did come in a little above the worst case estimate and as the scope of the work invoiced fit between the best and worst case scenarios that the estimate was based on, I feel the job was underestimated. However it was an estimate not a quote and Simply building has since completed more work for me at a great price.
