Repair existing entrance pourch

remove and replace rotten wood. the corner frame has rotted and now needs to be removed. the pourch is about 2 meters off the ground, canterleavered of the side of the house.this pourch may need the existing entrance door and a side of windows, this pourch is not insulated I would like this done. the flooring needs to be replaced as two of the flooring beems have rotted where the weather has got in. the entrance stairs have bee removed and the risers replaced, the the balastrade needs to be closed off as the gaps are veery wide. the hand rails needs to be modified.
