New workshop/laundry extention

We are wanting to build a workshop come laundry extention connected on the outside of our 50's ex state home, brick clad. It will be about 5m long and about 2.5m wide in the area we have. This will involve building a retaining wall with the associated drainage and laying the concrete foundation plus a small area of other concreting as well as the building. We don't have concil approval as yet as we would need a licensed building practicioner on the books, and plumber, to get it through consent I think. We not in a great hurry to do this but would like to get the ball rolling so we could get it done by mid next year, ideally by the end of March. We would like someone who won't run off to do someone else's jobs while leaving ours hanging and taking a long time. We have mostly finished plans for the job so just ask if you are interested. It is a simple enough job but would like it done well and to fit in with the house, not look like an add on odd thing.
