Basement has too much damp, growth of moss and rotten timbers; replacement & strengthening of defective timbers is required; minor house maintenance repairs (such as bathroom vinyl floor coverings require sealing around the perimeter so they are watertight; sealing around the perimeter of the bath at the junction of the bath and wall to prevent water ingress); aluminium window maintenance; replacing roofing paper.
