Repair floor/boards and exterior weatherboards
Job description
Interior work Lift floorboards in kitchen (approx 3m x 5m) and repair joists where floor is sloping. Supply and replace boards with recycled boards in kitchen and by front door Replace worn wooden front door step Sand and polish all board in house Exterior work Repair/replace rotten lower weatherboards. Approx 10 lengths appear to be rotten. Supply and install flashing at ground level to reduce this problem reoccurring. Would prefer one tradesperson to do both jobs.
