Hi, We are currently doing a renovation and have removed wall paper to find a damp wall-likely leaking from exterior given its a 1945 flat. We have also been told there is a crack in the foundation-possibly movement caused the leak. Anyway, want to make water tight before we re-wall paper. its a rental so keen for a quick fairly affordable option.
