New Man-Hole and Interior internal sliding door

We require a qualified builder who is experienced in house renovations who can built us a new man hole to the roof space. Current one is in wrong place. Needs to be looking professionally done as it is in the passageway. Has to be compliant with regulations. We are currently working in the passageway and this man hole needs to be done as soon as possible. Also needing same person to see about installing an inside the wall sliding door.
