decking ballastrade and internal stairs

we need to have a ballastrade put onto our deck....it is about 25metres in length and goes around one side of the house. Ideally wood but we are flexible. Also we need some internal stairs put into the house as currently we have a trapdoor and ladder and need safer stairs. This will involve makeing a larger hole from our lounge to the downstairs so that one can walk safely down the stairs.
