Bathroom renovation and ceiling work in living room

Hi I need a builder to help with my bathroom renovation and do some work in my living room. The plastic walls around the bath need to be removed ready for the plumber to install the new bath, and a new properly vented fan needs to be installed to replace the existing fan that vents into the roof space. This is a heat/fan/light combo unit. Once the plumber has finished, some Gib will need replacing and plastering. I'm also having electrical work done, so there may be tidying up from that as well. In the living room, I'm having the old downlighters removed and new lights put in, so there will be ceiling holes to fill and plaster. The ceiling also needs plastering where the chimney for a woodburner was removed. The work needs to be done on Thursday 8 or Friday 9 September, as the plumber is coming to install the new bathroom suite on Monday 12 September. Thanks Tanya
