Looking for a qualified builder for what will be a straightforward repair job. On the outsides of part of the house there is some rot at the bottom of some of the strips of wood that overlay the vertical cladding. Would like rotten parts, or entire strips replaced, properly pre-painted at the ends and sealed so the problem can't re-arise. Before doing that, would like the bottom part of the internal wall opened up and, without damaging the outside cladding, check the framing, remove any rot found and repair. Then put the gib back on or some new gib. We won't need to go around every part of every wall, just where there has clearly been an issue.

Very organised. DId the job on time on schedule. Identified a draining issue that also needed attention and resolved that.
