Room reline & plaster

WALLS & CEILING 1) - Re-gib & plaster to paint finish dining room walls Size is approx 15sqm (3.8x3.8). Stud height is 2.7m in 1920s bungalow. Current walls in bad state (blistering, plaster over paint over wallpaper, etc) so want to reline with std gib. There is an old fireplace in the room that we wish to protect and retain in its current state and another major wall has a large opening through to another room, cutting down wall area. 2) Add insulation to the exterior wall area (approx 2.4 long by 2.7 high, with a window in the wall). - see photo #2 3) Re-gib and plaster ceiling to paint quality finish. 4) Add cornicing appropriate to the era of the property (similar to photo #3 - in consultation with owner). Would like to have this completed by July if possible.
